The Jensen Taber Corn crops are looking as they should for this time of year.

Dave Jensen, with Jensen Taber Corn, says even though they have had drier conditions down South, crop yields remain average due to their irrigation.

Their corn harvest will begin around August 2nd. He adds, they grow a number of varieties on their operation.

"Most people know our corn by the peaches and cream and yellow corn varieties, but there is a number of varieties, and they all look good. All of the varieties look very well."

People can expect to see the Taber Corn trucks appearing in the first week of August.
