More of this and less of that is a big part of our thinking this time of year. Maybe a hike or two or just less food
and frenzy could be in your plan. For me, my pants are a little tighter than before the holidays and my sugar
levels are too high. My plan this year is to not have a plan but to smarten up a bit when it comes to eating.
I eat to much take out and fast food but doesn't everyone these days? I see the line ups at our favorite places
and usually they don't seem to thin even in to the new year. What ever your plan or resolution might be it usually
goes by the wayside normally on January 28th according to national stats. Good luck if you have a plan and
