I spoke with Rick Charlton regarding the upcoming Millarville Half Marathon in June, which got me thinking, I've really never tried running as a form of exercise before (hard to tell, right?).

Well, that inspired me to dust off the ol' running shoes, and with the help of the Eagle 100.9's Jayme Hall, just get the ball rolling on this whole running thing.
