An open market doesn't spell the end of the Canadian Wheat Board.

Four separate provincial studies have come to the conclusion the "an open market could present an opportunity for a successful, business focused client centered wheat board".

Alberta Agriculture Minister Doug Horner says it could mean an improved, more responsive grain market.
