Bar U Opening A Go

 

 

The outbreak of EHV-1 won't effect the Bar U Ranch National Historic from opening this Sunday.

The site got in contact with local veterinarians to question whether they should go ahead this weekend when a number of arena's in the area closed their doors.

The ranch's Mike McLean says they've taken precautions of their own but things are still a go.



McLean says they'll also be asking visitors to wash their hands since the virus can be transferred to horses by the human hand- humans however aren't at risk.
