The Okotoks Bow Mark Oilers remain undefeated in round-robin play at the Mac's U18 AAA 'Reboot' tournament in Calgary.

They played their last round-robin game Friday morning coming away with a 7-2 victory over the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds.

The Oilers got on the scoreboard first at the 4:43 mark of the opening period on a goal from Trey Cam on assists from Kaden Chinski and Kade Sicotte.

They skated into the second period with a 1-0 lead and were up 2-0 after Ethan Moore scored on a pass from Connor Clayton.

Avery Greig added another goal less than two minutes later, assisted by Moore and Cade Moxham, to take a 3-0 lead midway through the second period.

The T-Birds were quick to respond with their first goal of the game just fourteen seconds later to make it 3-1.

Philip Raycroft for the Oilers added his first goal of tournament, assisted by Gavin Schmidt and Connor Radke to end the period with a 4-1 lead.

The team stretched their lead to 5-1 on Cade Moxham's fourth goal of the tournament, assisted by Aiden McArthur and Tate Yule while on a power play. 

The Thunderbirds scored their second goal of the game to try and inch back into the game but Raycroft scored his second of the game, once again assisted by Radke and Schmidt, for a 6-2 lead.

And they sealed the win at the 17:15 mark of the third on a goal from Radke with assists from Schmidt and Sicotte.

Marek Schlenker played between the pipes again for the Oilers and stopped 36 of the 38 shots on net for the win.

The team now gets set for playoffs this weekend.
