1943 - 2016

George Terrance Cass, 73, of Nanton Alberta, LIVED until October 25th,2016. He passed away quietly at Foothills Country Hospice surrounded by family. Terry was born in Brantford, Ontario on January 26,1943 to Ernest and Queenie Cass and was the youngest of five children. Terry was a loving father and a hard working man as a general contractor. He so loved working with his hands that in his 40's Terry discovered that he had what it took to be a very talented artist, first as a carver and then as a painter with works of art being purchased around the world. Terry is lovingly survived by his son Glenn (Loretta),his daughter Lori Cass, his grandsons Terry Jr. and Justin, Glenn and Lori's mother Dianne Cass (nee Pearson); his sister Edith (Harry) Houde and brothers James (Joyce)and Ronald (Olive) Cass. Also his many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents and his oldest brother Roy. He is also survived by his partner Bernice (Bonnie) Harker and her daughters Jenny and Vicky. There will be a celebration of Terry's amazing life at The Nanton Community Centre on November 19th @ 2pm.
