A Claresholm man is among four suspects arrested in Lethbridge over the weekend.
On Oct. 16 at around 9 a.m., Lethbridge Police were notified of a suspicious vehicle at a building site where suspects were loading items into a stolen cargo trailer.
A truck fled the scene and was later stopped by police. Inside, they found a small amount of methamphetamine, bolt cutters, and stolen property.
Police later located a second vehicle, where they found $3,500 in stolen construction tools, some of which were returned to their owners.
Four people are facing charges:
Adam Robert Muhly, 37, of Lethbridge, was charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000. He was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for Dec. 14, 2022
Clayton Roger Doyle, 30, of Claresholm, was charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of stolen property under $5,000. He was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 25, 2023.
Jeremy Mackenzie Toth, 36, of Lethbridge, was charged with possession of break-in instruments, possession of stolen property under $5,000 and possession of a controlled substance. He was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 19, 2023.
Aedan Tanya Betts, 21, of Lethbridge, was charged with possession of stolen property under $5,000. She was released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 25, 2023.
