This year's ceremony will mark the 18th year for the CAT Awards. This year’s awards will recognize two years of productions, as theatre companies adjusted to the Covid-19 pandemic, finding unique and innovative ways of presenting theatre and engaging audiences. The awards acknowledge, reward, and celebrate the contributions of local theatre artists with nominations selected through a combination of public input and show adjudications.

The awards will be held on August 27th in Calgary.
