A 21-year-old Calgary man has been killed in an early morning rollover.
Turner Valley RCMP are still looking into the crash, which happened west of the Priddis Valley road near the highway 22 and 22-x intersection.
The man's S-U-V tried to pass another vehicle and hit a guardrail before rolling down an embankment and coming to rest near a creek.
The driver was pronounced dead on at the scene by medical staff despite wearing his seatbelt.
There were no passengers, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor at this time.
Police say it's likely road and weather conditions were a factor.
The victim's name has not yet been released.
