Put a couple into the win column for the High River Flyers this weekend in the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League as they got past the Three Hills Thrashers 5-2 Friday, January 20, at home and then 7-3 Saturday, January 21, in Three Hills.

The Okotoks Bisons won two as well, handing Stettler a 9-2 loss Friday and Mountainview a 5-1 loss Saturday.

In the AJHL, the Okotoks Oilers were 5-2 losers Friday to Spruce Grove and then 4-2 to Fort McMurray Saturday.

And the CFR "AAA" Midget Bisons beat the Calgary Northstars 6-1 in their lone game of the weekend Sunday, January 22.
