Province to provide 100-million dollars over three years. Rural communities that work together could get a slice of a 100-million dollar pie.
The province has set up a panel to hand out the money over the next three years.
One of the founding members, Bob Clark, says  municipalities or community groups can make application.
He says whatever the projects are they will have o be some measurable impacts on the community. And the applicants will have to put in 25-percent of the funding.
He says they'll take special notice of collaborative projects that involve more than one group.
