I attended the first High River Farmer's Market on Thursday, June 15 from 3:30 to 6:30!

The High River Farmer's Market has been running for 32 years! It is ran by a non profit organization, Foothills Snaps, of High River.

It was great to see how many vendors made it out whether they were new or returning! Fesh produce, meat, baking, clothing, plants, pet supplies, home supplies... the list goes on for what you can buy from the market. My favourite being River Rock Fudge where I tried their salted caramel fudge... mmm... While shopping down 4th ave you can also enjoy music from live and local talent. Steve Pointmeier was awesome!

The Wheel of Winning was a big hit with prizes courtesy of Highview Animal Clinic, Vulcan Tourism, and Town of Strathmore!

Not only were there lots of people at the event, but tons of furry friends as well! Along with a lizard...

Be sure to catch the next High River Farmer's Market next Thursday, June 22, on 4th ave.
