High River's volunteer fire fighters are getting a passing grade.
The department has included a survey in town utility bills this month.
Fire chief Len Zebedee says they've just completed the end of the term for their first 5-year plan and now he's working on a plan for the next 5 years.He says the survey will help determine what direction they'll go.He says the results so far have been positive.
He hopes to have them all returned by December 1st.
