I had a busy, busy day!

It started out with the Discovery Days Parade in Black Diamond.  The morning was gloomy and it rained lightly, but this didn't stop parade goers!  Tons of people showed up to wave us on!  My face hurts from all the smiles!  There were also some fabulous floats and costumes!  My favorite float was the Global Warming Awarenss which had a giant mammoth on it.  And the Eastern Slopes Veterinary Services had illamas and entertaining costumes!  I snapped a few photos!

Afterwards, I made my way to Nanton for Planes, Trains & Elevators.  I was at the Bomber Command Museum where, for a small donation, they were giving tours of the Lancaster.  They also started up the plane which was super cool!  (and loud lol).

I'll be back in Nanton tomorrow for the Fire Department's Slo-pitch tournament.  See you there!
