On Tuesday June 4th, we had the opportunity to head out to Spruce Meadows for their annual media day to kicking off the 2013 season! It was a pleasure getting to meet fellow media members from the area and we all were spoiled rotten by Spruce Meadows and their staff!
We got the opportunity to meet and chat with Ian Allison, Spruce Meadow's Senior Vice President (Media), about this summer's upcoming events and the new $250,000 footing that has been put into the International Ring. We also got to hear from Linda Heathcott-Southern, who discussed developments of the new Canada House seating pavillion that is set to open September 1st.
We would like to express a huge thank you to Spruce Meadows and its staff for the incredible meal and hospitality throughout the day!
