Monday, Monday is ok by me! I ate Lobster on the weekend!

Monday is a good day of the week for me, it is the less hectic day of the week, (Friday is busy)

This past weekend was a ton of fun for me as I was invited out to the Annual Lobsterfest and Prime

Rib Night hosted by the Royal Purple of Stavely and friends.  There were Lobster bibs and happy smiles

when they served up the dish that is complimented with hot butter to maximize the taste.  Calories are never

counted in Stavely on this night so cake was served with Red and White icing to celebrate Canada's

150th year.  The Red and White theme of the night (as seen below) was appreciated as much as the food.

Thanks to The Royal Purple and Friends for an awesome night.  Over 300 Lobster's and Prime Rib cuts were

served in just over 30 minutes.

Have an awesome Monday! Do it for the MaMa's and The PaPa's if for no other reason.
