The wildfires in Central and Northern Alberta continue to burn.

Over 20 of the nearly 100 remain out of control.

High River's Chief of Fire and Community Safety Cody Zebedee says a second shift of his firefighters is headed there.

"We just sent a relief crew up there so we sent four staff in a pick-up truck that are going to relieve the crew that's on the ground up there and the crew that's been there since Friday," he says.

The original crew took a fire truck up to Edson and then were re-deployed Saturday to Fox Creek.
