Beef is still the most popular barbecue choice and Heather Travis of the Beef Information Center says it doesn't have to be only steaks or burgers on the grill.

She says they have recipes for ribs, pot roast, and rotisserie roasts on their website beefinfo.org.
Travis says the center's focus this barbecue season is on burgers built with lean or extra lean ground beef.
