High River RCMP are looking into the sudden death of a local man.

Staff Sergeant Greg Wiebe confirmed a 60-year-old man was found dead in his car on Saturday behind the Subway on 12 Avenue.

He says RCMP and Peace Officers have spoken to the man on various occasions but not in relation to any criminal activity or complaints.

Staff Sergeant Wiebe says the man's death is not considered suspicious and they are awaiting results of an autopsy.
