Town Council Surveys Okotoks

Remember to fill out your community questionaire.

The fifteen minute survey which asks residents' opinions on everything from smoking by-laws to the recycling depot was mailed with the Western Wheel on Wednesday.

Council will take a look at the results in November.

Alyssa Berry with the town says it offers valuable information.

"It helps us budget for projects based on what residents view as priorities" she said, "and it gives a long-term objective and goals, of which Council and Administration would like to achieve."

They need at least 400 back for the study to be statistically accurate.
