The High River Hospital Foundation's 12th annual Cattle and Grain Round-Up came to a close last night and it was another huge success. Ballco Feeders of Brant were able to post a return on investment of 24.3-percent.

That translates into another 51-thousand dollars for equipment at the hospital. This year the money was used to purchase an ultra-sound machine.
Foundation Chair Doreen Wambeke singled out Ballco for their efforts during a trying year with increasing labour costs and the rising Canadian dollar.
Dr Karen Bailey says equipment bought by the Foundation in the past was used three times on the day of the wind-up banquet on newborn babies.
The 07 - 08 campaign proceeds will be used to puchase items on the Doctor's wish list, including a Co2 detector.
