Stampede reveals this year's show

The Stampede wants to stay true to it's roots.

The line up for this year's edition was announced this week and President Steve Allan says the world is coming to Calgary.

"We have the Royal Agricultural Show taking place the latter part of stampede which has representatives coming here from all of the commonwealth countries", he says, "so a huge show and a huge opportunity."

The International Livestock Congress returns this year and the World Simmental Congress returns to Canada for the first time since 1978.
