The Carstar Okotoks Bisons are on the move to High River this Friday to take on the High River Brewing Co. Flyers.

The longtime rivals go head-to-head at 8:00 p.m. and fans are expected to fill the stands.

Both teams are playing excellent hockey this season with the Bisons record at 8-1-0 with the Flyers boasting a 6-3-1 record as only three points separate the teams.

In their only game so far this season it was the Herd skating away with a 2-1 overtime win in Okotoks.

The Bisons then head down to the Hat on Saturday taking on the Medicine Hat Cubs while the Flyers travel to Cochrane to take on the Gens.
