The UCP has set up two forums for debate in the Livingstone-Macleod riding.

Four candidates are vying to be the UCP candidate.

There were originally six candidates, but Kevin Todd has decided to run for the Alberta Party while Christina Lee dropped out of the race.

It's come down to Chelsae Petrovic, Tanya Clemens, Shauna Oseen and Don Whalen.

Members of the UCP will have their chance to engage party members in two forums in March.

On Wednesday, March 1, an all-contestant forum is going to be held in Fort Macleod at the Auction Mart (aka Southern Alberta Livestock Exchange) from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

And then on Saturday, March 4 another forum will be held in High River at the Highwood Golf Course, also from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

After the forums there will be three days that UCP members can vote:

  • Thursday, March 9
    • Coleman at the Seniors Drop-in Centre
    • Hours: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
