Water and sewer replacement season's here

Water and sewer main replacement will have a couple blocks of 4th Avenue shut down for two months.

The work is being done between 3rd and 5th Streets near what's known as the "Superman house".

Back in 2017, parts of 4th Avenue were torn up when a number of underground pipes in that part of the town were found to have large holes in them and were leaking water back into the ground.

Residents are asked to follow all detour signs in the area and keep their distance from the crews as they complete this work.
