Did you know: 67% of all Canadians have known a woman who has experienced abuse.
Rowan House Society has started a new program called Leading Change to engage men and boys in the prevention of violence against women.
Join us for a FREE workshop Thursday, November 16th, 6:30-8pm at the High River Library.
You can Lead Change for those living with violence every day - in your workplace, on your daughter's hockey team, or during a night out with friends.
Walk through a real-life scenario that can help you recognize abuse and learn some simple actions that can interrupt behaviours that feed a culture of violence towards women.
Light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP through the library: in person or by calling 403-652-2917
