The Okotoks Bisons are treading in dangerous waters as a rack of penalties in last night's game puts their season on the line today.

Mark Mcleod opened up the scoring just 4 minutes into the 1st period, but after that the Bisons performance started to slide with an on-coming barrage from the Copperheads who scored four goals in the 2nd period.

The Bisons had 8 penalties just in the 2nd period, luckily they were able to kill them and deny any short handed goals from the Copperheads side.

No scores for the rest of the games and an in and out of the penalty box mentality will see the Bisons hit the road on their way back home today for a 1:15 game here in the Murray Arena where their season will be decided.

If the Bisons win here they will continue on to play the Cochrane Generals in the next series, if they lose they will be out until next year.
