The Willow Creek Cobras out of Claresholm are on the road today to take on the Pincher Creek Mustangs in Tier IV high school football.

Cobras head coach Tim Bryson is expecting a good game.

"It is a good rivalry and in terms of the intensity they always play hard," said Bryson. "Whether or not they have the horses to stay with you or not they always play hard. We can never kind of go in there and just sort of lie back and expect them to hand it to us, because they will fight us every inch of the way."

The Cobras have been focussed on getting better week-by-week and the their practices this week have been all about making sure the team is ready.

"We are really going to focuss on outside run contain, our pass drops and pass coverage."

it is the first regular season game for the team and kick off is 5 p.m. at Matthew Halton High School.
