The Okotoks Dawgs are looking to make some local dads happy today with a win at Seaman Stadium for Fathers Day.

They are looking to build on their momentum after a big win Saturday night, June 17.

The team blew up for 12 hits on their way to an 8 to 1 victory over the Edmonton Prospects.

Dawgs Academy product, Graham Brunner, in his second start with the club fired five strikeouts, allowing just two hits and one earned run over six innings of work.

The Dawgs have two more back-to-back games in Edmonton Monday and Tuesesday, which brings them up to seven games in seven days.

Sunday, June 18 they host the Brooks Bombers at 2:05.
