The high school volleyball season got going here in the foothills Wednesday, September 20, with a couple of games.

The Highwood Mustangs senior boys made their way to Okotoks for a showdown with the Foothills Falcons, but came out on the losing end as the Falcons won three games to none.

The Falcons senior girls got off to a good start as well as they beat the Strathcona-Tweedsmuir Spartans three games to one.
