The High River Flyers kicked off the month of December with the second game in a home and home series in Cochrane against the Generals and after a hard fought battle, seize the victory in overtime.

The final score of the night was a 2-1 decision for the Flyers.

Meanwhile, the night wasn't so triumphant for the Lomond Lakers who drop their second matchup against the South division leading Copperheads out in Coaldale.

Last nights game goes to the Copperheads 6-1.

The Lakers will be heading back to Claresholm on December 2, to play host to the Cochrane Generals at 4:30 p.m.

Lastly the Okotoks Bisons will be hitting the ice on December 2 after a bit of a hiatus, to take on the Medicine Hat Cubs at 1:15 p.m.
