For the third time this season High River Flyers goaltender, Chantz Vinck has been named the Hertitage Junior "B" Hockey League's Player of the Week.

He backstopped the Flyers to a 2-1 overtime win Saturday, December 1, in Cochrane, stopping 56 of the 57 shots he faced.

Vinck is 7-and-11 on the season, but has faced 877 shots so far, stopping 814 of them.

He has a GAA of 3.45, which is amazing considering the number of shots he's faced.

And a save percentage of .928, which is equally staggering.

The Flyers are home to the Strathmore Spartans Friday, December 7, starting at 8 o'clock at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex.
