The Okotoks Oilers are heading into their last weekend of exhibition games.

Coach Tyler Deis says they want to finish off the exhibition season on a positive note.

"Our lineup is getting down to the majority of what the team is going to look like," said Deis."We are going to use these two games to go in the right direction."

He adds the other games they played were a development part of their training.

"We are not too worried about how things are shaking out. We are excited about the season coming."

And to make things interesting this weekends games will be played at the Scott Seaman Arena in DeWinton.

"They help us out a lot with our programs. It is good to have a little bit of variety and play in a different rink. We are excited about having the games out there."

First up they play the Calgary Mustangs September 8th at 7 p.m. and then they take on the Calgary Canucks on the 9th also at 7 p.m.
