Basketball is over for the season at Highwood, but a bunch of other sports are gearing up as spring draws closer.

The school's Athletic Director, Ryan Hayden, says rugby is already getting in gear.

"Oh, my goodness! Spring at Highwood is just outstanding! So, our rugby guys just started last week. Looks like our girls program will have huge numbers, there's a ton of interest. People want to come out and be great at rugby."

He says baseball is starting to get going as well along with track and field and the schools ultimate Frisbee team which is heading into it's third season.
