The Town of Vulcan, and in particular County Central High School are producing some very talented rugby players these days.

The latest is Keyara Wardley, who will not only play for Team Alberta's U-18 Rugby 7's squad this year, but has already made a trip to Toronto and Trinidad and Tobago as part of Team Canada's Rugby 7's Development Team.

"It was amazing! Especially coming from a small town and being able to show what you have with very limited resources and being able to be selected for the Canada Team was a dream come true!"

Wardley is back in Vancouver next month for more training with the Team Canada squad, where she hopes to be selected to become part of the main squad.
