Highwood MLA Wayne Anderson has nothing but praise for a quartet of fellow UCP MLA's who won't be running for the party in the 2019 Provincial Election.

Livingstone-Macleod's Pat Stier, Little Bow's Dave Schneider along with Grande Prairie-Wapiti MLA Wayne Drysdale and Bonnyville-Cold Lake's Scott Cyr, all announced over the weekend their intention to not seek re-election.

Anderson says they were all good, hard working MLA's.

"You know Pat and David and Wayne Drysdale and Scott Cyr, who I've had the pleasure of working with over the last three years. All hard working individuals. Worked hard for their constituencies and have a great track record and they'll be missed, that's for sure."

Anderson says it doesn't hurt to bring in new people with fresh ideas every couple of terms.
