Blackfalds RCMP say tests are back from some suspicious Halloween candy that was thought to cause a child to get sick.

They had the candy sent to the RCMP laboratory and results showed there were no drugs or common poisons detected.

One High River mom said she had found similar candy, red with a black dot in the middle, in her child's candy as well.

At the time police told parents to be on a safe side and throw it out.

RCMP say the case is now closed.
