Foothills MP John Barlow says he, like many other Canadians, were glued to their TV's Wednesday, February 27, watching the testimony of former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould to the House Justice Committee.

Barlow says he was surprised at just how candid her testimony was, but like many others, curious why her comments were limited to just her time as AG, and not what happened after she was demoted to Veterans Affairs.

"She's very clear that something that had happened there, that is even more damaging to the Prime Minister, to the government and she is unable to say it. And obviously the Prime Minister feels the same because he did not give her permission to speak about anything that happened after she left the Attorney Generals office."

Barlow agrees with Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer in calling for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to resign in the wake of Wilson-Raybould's testimony, but he doesn't think it'll happen.
