If you go down to the woods today beware.

A bear warning has been issued in the Kananaskis Village area, including the Village Rim Trail, the skating rink area and picnic sites.

A cinnamon coloured black bear has been seen frequenting the area.

Remember to travel in groups and make noise, keep pets on a leash and be aware of your surroundings.
