A High River man came across a belt buckle after the flood, and would like to return it to it's proper owner.

Paul Allen says, he's got it all cleaned up.

"I'd love this person to get it back again, I don't know who it is. I think it's Alberta High School Rodeo Association or something from High River."

Allen says, it means a lot to him the buckle is going back out to the community after such a thing like the flood.

The buckle says, "AHSRA High River Champion 1995", and has red trim with a bucking horse and rider in the centre.
