We're getting closer to seeing some of the new stores in the mall across from Co-Op opening for business.

Josh Kaufman, Senior Vice President of Retail and Commercial Development with Dream Development says tenants are starting to move in.

"We've started providing tenants with possession. And then they can go ahead and work through their interiors, while we work through the balance of the site."

Kaufman says some are closer to opening than others.

"Tenants right now that are in possession and are working through their space are Mr. Mikes, Pet Valu, Panago as well as Anytime Fitness. So, we're going to have a number of openings that are happening in the coming days. In fact, I think Pet Valu may be opening sooner rather than later."

Kaufman says they have plans for at least two more buildings on the site in the coming months.
