A busy weekend for chuckwagon, rodeo and music fans starting Thursday, June 21, as Guy Weadick Days kick off in High River.

The chucks get rolling Thursday night starting at 7 o'clock at the Ag Grounds, and run at 7 p.m. Friday, June 22, and Saturday, June 23, with the show Sunday, June 24, going at 4 o'clock.

The Rodeo gets going Friday afternoon with the first performance at 5 o'clock.

The slack gets going early Saturday morning starting at 7 a.m., with the main performance at 2 p.m.

And on Sunday it gets going at 1 p.m.

The cabarets are Friday and Saturday under the big tent at the Ag Grounds starting at 9:30 both nights.

Lots of free breakfasts this week too.

Thursday morning McBride Career Group is hosting their's from 8:30 to 10:30.

Friday you can head over to Shawne Excavating from 9-to-11 a.m.

And on Saturday, Foothills MP John Barlow is hosting his annual Guy Weadick Days breakfast from 9-11 a.m. at his High River constituency office on 4th Avenue.
