'I'm bored' seems to be one of the most used phrases over the summer school break, but it doesn't have to be.

The High River Library is offering a couple of programs that might help fill your days.

Registration just opened for the summer reading club.

Cheryl Taylor-Smith at the library says it is always a popular program.

The program is divided into age groups from five to eight, nine to 12, and for older students 13 to 17.

And if you need other things to keep them busy check out the tool lending library this summer.

It includes things like a piano, guitar, walking poles, telescope, label maker and all the technology equipment.

Items can be borrowed for up to a week.

And for the moms a class next week will teach you how to make bug spray from essential oils.

Taylor-Smith at the library says there has been a lot of interest in in the bug spray class.

The class runs June 6, it's free and you get to take home the bug spray you make.
