The Town of Nanton will have water on their minds again heading into 2019.

Mayor Jennifer Handley says they have one definite, big infrastructure project on the books for the new year.

"Our primary thing this year will be the dredging of that raw water reservoir. I know they're already looking at options for quotes and RFP's to clear that out. We need to get that done first and foremost."

Handley says they're already working with other levels of government to secure funding for the project.
