Along with 20 stolen vehicle calls to respond to over the long-weekend Cochrane RCMP have made some arrests.

Police have recovered 6 stolen vehicles.

Inside three of stolen vehicles, they found eight individuals and arrested them.  

Currently, 69 charges are pending for those 8 individuals.  

The charges range from; being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, being in possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, being in possession of a controlled substance to various breach of conditions charges.  

The charged individuals from the below occurrences are listed as:


Tylane Hunter (25) of Morley, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus 11 additional charges. Hunter has been remanded and is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on February 27, 2018.


Shawn Hunter (22) of Morley, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus one additional charge. Hunter is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 13, 2018.


Paige Rist (22) of Calgary, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus 22 additional charges. Rist has been remanded and is scheduled to appear in Okotoks Court on February 23, 2018.


Moises Medeiros (24) of Calgary, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus 22 additional charges.   Medeiros is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 13, 2018.


Tyshyna Bearspaw (32) of Morley, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus 4 additional charges.   Poucette is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 13, 2018.


Tyrene Saddleback (23) of Morley, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 plus one additional charge.   Saddleback is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 27, 2018.


Wade Littlepine (33) of Morley, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000. Littlepine is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 13, 2018.


Roland Runningbird (35) of Siksika, has been charged with one count of being in possession of property obtained by crime over $5000. Runningbird is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Court on March 27, 2018.
