For the third staight year, Cruise With A Cause will bring members of the Heartland cast back to High River on Sept. 4.

Each year they have chosen a different charity, and this year all of the funds raised will go to support the Canadian Mental Health Association. There will be a pancake breakfast, by donation, from 9 to 11 a.m. as well as an opportunity to take a look at the set of Maggi's Diner.

Heartland actor Graham Wardle says there will also be a Q&A from noon-2 p.m.

"From the crowd, they'll have the opportunity to ask questions. We're going to roam around and hand the mic to people so they can get a chance to ask Amber about riding or about motorcycles or, whatever they want to question about how the filming process goes. Or about mental health, you know that's something that we really want to encourage a conversation. Because I think it's important just to say 'hey, this is something that I've gone through and I'm comfortable with sharing that.'"

Wardle says that the main focus of the event is drawing attention to mental health issues.

"I think what we've always focused on is awareness. I think we have a spotlight put on us because of what we're doing right now, and that it's important to use that spotlight to highlight things that are either hard to talk about or aren't often talked about."

The event will take place downtown on third avenue, just outside Maggi's Diner.
