We're well into fall but that doesn't mean the Farmer's Market is finished in High River.

The Market was run on fourth Avenue this year by the folks at SNAPS and Orvella Small says they've decided to move it indoors and keep it alive...

"This Thursday we start a rotational type market for every Thursday we'll rotate five to seven different vendors through the side where Sheena's candy store used to be our meeting space, but we can move everything out and make it into an inside market every Thursday," Small says.

She says they won't have to block off the street because they have parking behind their building for the vendors and she hopes to be able to offer some different types of employment to participants in the program.

She hopes that it can work as a kind of business incubator and market vendors will be successful enough they'll decide to open their own business in the core.

The Farmer's Market goes from 4 to 7 p.m. every Thursday starting Oct. 22.
