For weeks after the 2013 flood, High River Council met pretty much wherever it could.

At thier meeting on Monday, March 13, Council voted to move forward on a memorandum of understanding for a mutual use agreement with the Town of Nanton.

It allows High River Council to use Nanton's Council Chambers for their meetings in the event theirs couldn't be used, and vice versa.

The Town is also exploring a similar agreement with Okotoks so they have some options available.
