High River's Mayor and Town Council get back to work Monday for their only meeting this month.

They'll start things up with a public hearing setting out the rules for secondary suites.

The land use by-law re-write project started back in February in an effort to make the by-law more streamlined and user friendly.

Council will also be asked to approve the Community Access Program which provides eligible residents with a card that entitles the holder to discounts at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex.

There are also a couple of development issues involving Montrose and the Spitzee Crossing Area Structure Plan.

The meeting is held in the Council Chambers starting at 3 p.m.
